Tim is planning a two part presentation -- the first part is a "what does using Maven get me?" talk to answer the bang for the buck question for a project manager or anyone who may not necessarily be interested in the technical details.  The second part is more of a how-to for someone who has never used Maven before, but is familiar with Ant.  Both parts together will take about an hour, and then we'll open it up for questions afterwards.
